The excellent landscape setting which dictated the entire project philosophy, making life in the villa one with its surroundings.

This wonderful villa overlooks the Gulf of Porto Cervo from the Pevero Hill, where it has a beautiful view ranging from the golf course at its feet, to the Capriccioli beaches, with the island of Tavolare in the backdrop and Mortorio, Soffi and Le Camere just a little further on.
One of the key factors in the renovation project for this pearl on the Emerald Coast was the excellent landscape setting which dictated the entire project philosophy, making life in the villa one with its surroundings. This was achieved by means of enormous steel sliding frames to create a natural flow between indoor and outdoor life.
Natural materials were chosen, including frosted Orosei Stone for the indoor and outdoor floors and the swimming pool cladding, walnut for the doors and antique teak for the furnishings which were made to measure to an exclusive design.
The outdoor paths and tracks have been expertly designed to enhance the value of the previous monoliths which are typical of this location.
